Fareeha Hafeez, MD

Dr. Hafeez is board certified in sleep medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. She completed her residency at Harlem Hospital-Columbia University in New York, New York, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary medicine. She completed a second fellowship in sleep medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Hafeez received her medical degree from Punjab Medical College in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Before joining Capital Health, Dr. Hafeez worked as a pulmonary/sleep attending physician in private practice in Totowa, New Jersey and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her areas of interest include obstructive sleep apnea, intolerance to CPAP therapy, and insomnia. She also treats patients with COPD, asthma, lung cancer, sarcoidosis and other respiratory diseases.
