About Charles Polotti, MD
Dr. Charles Polotti is a fellowship trained urologist who specializes in performing minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic surgery and advanced robotic-assisted surgery.
Dr. Polotti earned his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his urology residency and a surgery internship at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Polotti completed his fellowship training in advanced robotics and laparoscopy at the University of Southern California's Institute of Urology at Keck Medicine of USC. During his training, Dr. Polotti earned the Resident Achievement Award for Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) Resident from the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons.
Throughout his career, Dr. Polotti's urology research has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and he has presented his findings at various regional and national conferences.
Dr. Polotti is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Urological Association and the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons.
