Ruchit Shah, DO

Dr. Ruchit Shah completed his fellowship training in gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Danville, Pennsylvania. After receiving his medical degree from Rowan University in Stratford, New Jersey, he completed his residency in internal medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, where he held several leadership positions.

Dr. Shah is board certified in internal medicine. He has several peer-reviewed research publications and has presented at many national and international medical conferences such as Digestive Disease Week, American College of Gastroenterology, and American College of Physicians. Dr. Shah is also the recipient of many awards and recognitions.

Dr. Shah has a passion for teaching medical students and residents. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease. He is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.

In his spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling the world with his wife, cooking different cuisines, and spending time with his family and friends.
