Anne Whalen, DO

Dr. Anne Whalen is board certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative care. Dr. Whalen received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she went on to complete her family practice residency (serving as chief resident), followed by a geriatric medicine fellowship.

Prior to joining Capital Health, Dr. Whalen practiced in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for more than 25 years. Her clinical focus is on preventative medicine and diagnosis and the care of chronic conditions, as well as aiding families and patients transitioning to end-of-life care.

Dr. Whalen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care and the American Geriatric Society.

In her free time, Dr. Whalen enjoys spending time with her for children, reading and playing golf.
